Available skins can be seen on our website.
You can also search for your device by clicking the search button on the top right.
If you cannot find your device, you can join our Request Program.

Model 360° protects all parts of the body, including the side bezels.
(Not including the power button, volume button, and sim tray.)

Model Cut protects only the backside of the device. Case-friendly.

All skins from Exacoat are using an authentic 3M vinyl material that leaves no adhesive residue and made to protect your device from scratches, mold and dirt.

Order / Purchases

An account is not required in making an order, however, a registered account is useful to keep order history, manage addresses, or track the order status.

Payment will be confirmed automatically.
If the payment does not match the nominal with the payment code, please do a manual confirmation on the confirmation page.

For Indonesia customers, we accept payment through Bank BCA, Bank Mandiri, Credit Card, and GO-PAY.

For International customers, we accept payment through Credit Card and PayPal.

We do ship internationally.

For International shipment:
Order will be picked up by POS Indonesia in 1-2 business days after order has been made, and the tracking number will be sent on the next day. Your shipment email will be delayed to wait for the tracking from POS Indonesia.

For Indonesian shipment:
Orders with confirmed payments before 3:00 pm will be sent the same day and 2.00 pm on Saturday.
If the order made exceeds the daily shipment time, the order will be sent to the next day. No shipment on Sunday and national holiday.

For shipment with GO-SEND, please place the order through Tokopedia or Shopee.

If the shipment exceeds the estimated shipping time, please contact the courier of your choice and provide the tracking number. If you need any help, contact us and please provide your order number.

Order Status

Payment confirmation will be automated in every 30 minutes.
If the payment does not match the nominal with the payment code, please do a manual confirmation on the confirmation page.

Order status can be seen in Status Page, your Account Page, and also from your e-mail.

“Waiting for Payment”
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from exacoat.
Please do the payment so that the order can be processed immediately.

“Payment confirmed”
Your payment has been confirmed and your order will be processed.

“Ready to Ship”
Your order is ready and ready to ship.

Your order has been shipped by exacoat. Please check the tracking number by email or Status Page. The tracking number can be seen on the status page, and also by e-mail from exacoat after the order being sent.
The tracking number can be tracked within 1×12 hours from the time email was received.

Customer Satisfaction

If you received a defective product caused by a production error, please contact us including the product picture that you received a maximum of 5 days after you receive it.
We will replace it with the new one. (Not applicable for installation error)

If you received different goods from what you ordered, please contact us and provide the detailed pictures of the defective goods you received a maximum of 5 days counted from the date when the goods arrived at your address.
The product can be replaced only if the goods are still in perfect condition.

You can gently take off the skin and try to install it again assisted by a hairdryer or heat gun. See the How to Apply Page.

If your order is still less than 2 days after you received it, you are able to claim the installation warranty. See more on the Installation Warranty Page.
